PAWSTOCK Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We deliver Australia-wide using reliable courier and postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (if selected): 2–4 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs & Promotions

  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

  • From time to time, PAWSTOCK may offer free shipping promotions (e.g., orders over a specific value or selected products).

  • When no promotions apply, standard rates will be shown during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery online.

5. Delays & Liability

  • PAWSTOCK is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier disruptions, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

  • Once an order has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional re-shipping fees may apply.

7. International Shipping

Currently, PAWSTOCK ships only within Australia.
International delivery options may be added in the future.
